Food is medicine. 1 in 3 patients are at risk of malnutrition upon admission to hospital in the UK. The Canadian Malnutrition Task Force just launched an online malnutrition toolkit that encompasses resources and step-by-step suggestions on malnutrition assessment, screening, management and follow-up based on the Integrated Nutrition Pathway for Acute Care.
